During a defensive struggle this weekend, the Denver Broncos managed to secure a 13-11 victory over the winless New York Jets. Quarterback Bo Nix connected on a first-quarter scoring strike and specialist Wil Lutz kicked the late go-ahead field goal to secure the ugly win.

Dominant Display Seals Contest

Even with registering nine sacks against Jets QB Justin Fields, the Broncos were behind 11-10 following giving up a safety in the second half. Remarkably, the Jets managed just 82 offensive yards during the entire game.

Nix, who went 19 of 30 attempts for 174 yards, led a critical 12-play, 65-yard drive that culminated in Lutz's 27-yard kick with approximately five minutes remaining.
